The Great Wall of Vagina
From Freud`s theory of agression to the source of Victorian shame and sin - the vagina was always a problem in cultural discourse. Modern society, with it's ultra public media characteristic, has helped us to accept the fact that, "down there" women are not sleek and smooth Barbie dolls but have parts that are a lot of fun and what`s more, they actually enjoy to have fun with them...they demand it. This process however, has put pressure on sexuality and so nowadays in the age of labia plastic surgery, porn that is easier to access than educational tv shows and human value based on physical appearance, standards of beauty are being created not only for our faces, breasts, booties and legs but also for genitals which instead of being a center of our sexual identity, the symbol of intimacy and pride become a source of frustration and shame.
It took a man to contribute to empowerment of women. A man who sees vagina not only as a symbol of sex but a source of individuality. I have been observing his project for quite a while- fascinated by its simplicity and power. The Great Wall of Vagina is an exploration of women's relationships with their genitals. Says McCartney. When I assembled the first panel of 40 casts, arranged in a grid, I stepped back disappointed. I realised the sculpture would need to be much bigger to have the impact I wanted. From this original piece (called Design A Vagina) has grown an epic sculpture. The final piece now has 400 casts arranged in 10 panels of 40.
"Why did I do it and what's it all about?" I hear you ask. Well, vulvas and labia are as different as a faces and many people, particularly women, don't seem to know that. Men tend to have seen more than women, who have often only seen their own, and many have never looked that closely. Hence the exposure of so many, showing the variety of shapes is endlessly fascinating, empowering and comforting. For many women their genitals are a source of shame rather than pride and this piece seeks to redress the balance, showing that everyone is different and everyone is normal.

Included are examples of male to female and female to male transsexuals, a virgin, a porn star and some women with some elaborate piercings. Ages so far range from 18 year old students to a grandmother of 76. I really wanted to include as many possibilities as I could. I spent the entire 5 years seeking a victim of female genital mutilation who would like to be included but sadly without success. The more inclusive and complete I could be in this survey the more power this sculpture would have.

How to remain glam-tacular without the 'baggage'

If you are one, like me, who frequently migrates from city to city, country to country, or continent to continent, you are familiar with the daunting undertaking of having to constantly re-evaluate all your earthly possessions. While this act of purging can definitely be therapeutic, the hours wrapped up in consumer self-reflection and nostalgia can be exhausting. Sifting through strewn-about clothes, piles of paper, books read and unread, and the ubiquitous amount of knick-knacks one acquires along the way can be a monumental task. So, unless you are willing to just toss all your belongings out into the trash and start fresh, it's a task that simply must be done.
One of the most difficult challenges of migrating begins in the closet. Being a woman on the move has many benefits, but probably just as many pitfalls, and this is definitely one of them. Unless financial concerns are of no great issue for you and are free to bring anything and everything along with you, the closet conundrum is of great concern. With virtually ALL airlines worldwide decreasing their baggage weight limits and the price and reliability of shipping bulky boxes soaring, one must purge if they are to move successfully without spending a fortune. But wait! you say – I just purchased another pair of fabulous riding boots, and there's currently a sweet sale going on at H&M that calls to me every time I pass it's doors... what's a girl to do?

Pray for victims of feminism - how I have learned about my wrongs
Polish Men- faithful members of the Catholic Church raised on Women`s Day new innitiative aimed at halting destructive patterns of femininity and family promoted by contemporary feminism , and real help for the millions of victims of feminism, which derives from their prayer through the grace of the Lord.
In first words I would like to emphasize that I DO NOT critisize the values of Catholic Church, nor the lifestyle chosen by its members, neither opinions represented by their most conservative circle. I believe that freedom of speech is the base of modern society although its often a test of our maturity, wisdom and kindnes. Following article does not however represent a voice in a discussion. It is a manifesto of ultimate truth. Creators of this innitiative put themselves above society and relativism is the worst sin for them. In the land of the blind, one-eyed man is king and so members of this initiative are saviors of unconcious victims, barers of one and only truth and only their opinions is valuable as "victims" voices cannot be considered as valuable since they are unconcious how dramatic their position is - or this is how they like to see themselves. As a person of deep faith, raised in Catholic faith, an adult member of society that happen to be a woman I am deeply upset when called a victim as I believe that victimising women in public discourse is just another form of abusive behavior and more pc way of unermining us as citizens. But then, I possibly think that because I unconciously lie to myself, believing I am happy fulfilling my dreams when I should be affraid I will die alone...prapobly eaten by cats...I`ll better get rid of my pussy then!
